From yarn to finished fabric
Our Surat workshop runs the full production line — dyeing, weaving, embellishment, finishing and inspection — so quality is controlled at every stage.
Manufacturing in-house is how Pal Creation keeps premium fabric dependable. Nothing is outsourced on blind faith: our team oversees each roll from raw yarn to final inspection.
The process begins with premium yarns, dyed in-house with reactive, colourfast processes that hold deep, consistent colour across an entire production run. From there, jacquard, brocade and velvet are woven on high-speed looms, while embroidery and sequin work are applied by skilled artisans.
Every roll is then finished — softened, pre-shrunk and inspected to international standards — before export packing and documentation.
